Praise Chapel HP Harvesters - 2006
We just finished our meeting last week and had a great time. Once again I had the awesome opportunity to photograph the conference. It’s a bit challenging trying to stay creative at this event, since I do it every year. But I find ways to capture new angles, setup different compostions, and stick to what works.
I am always asked if I was able to enjoy the conference? I am able to listen to the messages, but it is difficult to participate in the worship. I don’t mind, I find myself being blessed in other ways.
I am able to get up close and personal, and I am able to observer in a manner that is different from most. Taking pictures forces me to concentrate on what is happening, and that causes me to reflect on how great God is.
We had a guest speaker this week Erwin McManus (http://erwinmcmanus.com/). It is always great to be able to photograph others outside of our Fellowship. His message was a good reminder to not get so full of ourselves, and maintain our ability to connect with people outside of the church.
Here are a few more photos of Erwin, he was fun to photograph. A couple of times I got caught up in his story that I missed a few photo opportunities. I got to be careful.
Well I’ll post some more later on, here a couple of more shots of Erwin, enjoy.
God bless,
Robert Jimenez
