ReIgnited my Passion…
•August 26, 2008 • Leave a CommentWell after some time off, some reflecting, I have reignited my passion for photography. After much time thinking if I would ever return to doing weddings I have decided to go for it. I did a wedding last Saturday, and I had such a great time. The bride was beautiful, the groom was handsome, and they had such pleasant personalities. My wife and son were with me helping me out, it was such a joy. It has been a while since I have enjoyed a wedding. I captured some great images through out the day. I’ll post some maybe later tonight.
One of the lessons I learned was trying to do everything myself. Photographer, sales, album design, frame photos, process single orders, etc, etc, etc. Ugh, I just wanted to do photography. This time around I am partnering with the right group of experts to get these other tasks done for me. Right now I am in the process of evaluating which vendor I will partner with. Of course that means a radical departure from my pricing, but in the end it will make things so much better for everyone. Especially my customers who I care so much about. Finally they can stop asking “Is my album ready”?
